摘要: 目的:为医院药剂科的微信平台建设提供参考。方法:通过设计关于功能定位和内容设置的调查问卷以了解用户的潜在需求,进而建立框架规范;对2015年10月-2016年10月我院“六院药师”微信平台的数据进行分析,并提出建议。结果与结论:调查问卷共21题,面向医师、药师和患者等群体随机发放。共发放100份问卷,有效回收98份。通过调查问卷发现,98.98%的用户认为医院药剂科建设微信平台是非常有必要的;微信平台的主要潜在用户为患者,占70.41%;85.71%的用户想通过微信平台即时获得关于药品的供应、价格、规格等附加信息;69.39%的用户认为药剂科微信平台应该为患者提供简单易懂、简明扼要的合理用药说明,如药品的用法用量、贮存以及用药禁忌等。结合调查问卷的结果,我院药师对“六院药师”微信平台的功能进行了定位和内容进行了设置,并制订了《六院药师微信平台规范框架》。经过1年的发展,平台累计订阅用户已达1 242名;共发布药学科普文章149篇,单篇用药科普文章送达人数1 200人次,阅读人数800人次。将“六院药师”的优质药学科普文章同时向“达医晓护”“上海药讯”“科普中国”等微信平台进行了供稿,在人民网、今日头条等媒体转载。建议采取更加明确的定位、完善有序的管理、适应患者的需求、寻找合适的方法、打造品牌的效应、推送与互动并重等措施来提升微信平台的药学服务质量。慢病管理、专病药师、社区覆盖将是以后工作的有益尝试。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To provide references for constructing the Wechat platform in the pharmacy department of hospital. METHODS: Questionnaire related to function positioning and content setting was designed to investigate the users’ potential demands to further establish framework specification. The data in “pharmacists in sixth hospital” Wechat platform in our hospital from Oct. 2015 to Oct. 2016 was analyzed, and suggestions were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Totally 21 questions in the questionnaire were sent out for physicians, pharmacists, patients and other groups. 100 questionnaires were sent out, 98 were effectively received. According to the questionnaires, 98.98% users thought it was quite necessary to construct the Wechat platform in pharmacy department in a hospital; the major potential users were the patients, accounting for 70.41%; 85.71% users aimed to obtain supply, prices, specifications and extra information of drugs by Wechat platform; 69.39% users held the ideas that the Wechat platform in pharmacy department should provide easy to understand and concise explanations about rational drug use for patients, such as usage and dosage of drugs, storage and medication contraindications, etc. By combining with the questionnaire results, the pharmacists positioned the functions and set the contents of “pharmacists in sixth hospital” Wechat platform, even developed. After one year of development, platform cumulative subscribers had reached  1 242. It totally published 149 articles about popular science of pharmacy, served 1 200 visitors and read by 800 visitors in each article. The high-quality popular science of pharmacy in “pharmacists in sixth hospital” had provided articles for “Dayi xiaohu” “Shanghai pharmaceutical news” “Science China” and other Wechat platform at the same time, and reproduced in people, Toutiao and other media platform. Adopting clearer positioning, improving orderly management, adapting to the patients’ needs, finding the appropriate way, building brand effect, interactively pushing and other measures can improve the pharmaceutical care quality of Wechat platform. Chronic disease management, pharmacist for special disease and community coverage will be useful to try in the further work.
