目的：为精神障碍患者合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对我院2013年9月－2014年8月精神科47 386 张

处方进行统计、分析。结果：47 386 张处方共涉及病例39 496 例，患者中位年龄为31.42 岁，男女比例为1 ∶1.07；主要诊断为精神分

裂症和其他精神病性障碍，占65.34％，其次为心境障碍，占15.20％；以单一用药和二联用药为主，分别占30.80％和61.68％；氯氮

平、喹硫平、利培酮分列处方药品使用率前3 位；奥氮平、喹硫平、利培酮分列药品销售金额前3 位；在精神科处方药品使用率前20

位中，治疗精神分裂症和其他精神病性障碍药品有7 种，治疗心境障碍药品有3 种。结论：我院门急诊抗精神障碍药的使用基本

合理。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for rational use of drugs in patients with mental disorders. METHODS：In retrospective

investigation，47 386 prescriptions of psychiatric department in our hospital during Sept. 2013 to Aug. 2014 were analyzed

statistically. RESULTS：Totally 39 496 cases were enrolled in the 47 386 prescriptions. The median age of patients was 31.42，with

male to female ratio of 1 ∶1.07；they were diagnosed as schizophrenia and other mental disorder，accounting for 65.34％，and followed

by mood disorders，accounting for 15.20％ . They were mainly given single drug and two-drug use，accounting for 30.80％

and 61.68％ respectively. Clozapine，quetiapine，risperidone were top 3 prescription drugs in the list of frequency；olanzapine，quetiapine，

risperidone were top 3 drug in the list of consumption sum. Among top 20 psychiatric prescription drugs，there were 7

kinds of drugs for schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders，3 kinds of drugs for mood disorders. CONCLUSIONS：The use of

antipsychotic drugs in our hospital is rational basically.
