目的：探讨药师依托微信公众平台开展药学服务的可行性。方法：通过我院药学科注册微信公众号、组建合理用药指导

团队、定期发布合理用药信息，介绍药师依托微信公众平台开展药学服务的内容和方法。结果：我科微信公众号平台2014 年8－

11 月推送合理用药信息40 条，350 位微信用户加入，推送信息以药物合理使用（57.5％）为主，阅读总量为18 585 人次，平均阅读量

为465 人次，转发/收藏总数2 190 次，平均转发/收藏数为55 次，单条信息最多阅读量为4 219 人次。结论：药师依托微信工作平台

开展药学服务，有助于凝聚药师团队，树立药师专业形象，更好地为信息化时代的群众提供药学服务。

OBJECTIVE：To discuss the feasibility of the development of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacist based on

micro letter public platform. METHODS：The content and method of pharmaceutical care based on micro letter public platform

were introduced by registering micro letter public platform public number，building reasonable medication guidance team，releasing

reasonable medication information regularly. RESULTS：40 pieces of reasonable medication information had been pushed by micro

letter public platform of our department during Aug.-Nov. 2014，and 350 users added our public platform. The pushed information

was mainly about reasonable drug use（57.5％），read by 18 585 persons，and read by 465 person per time in average. Reposted or

collected 2 190 times in total，reposted or collected 55 times in average，each piece of information was read by 4 219 person per

time at the most. CONCLUSIONS：The pharmaceutical care by pharmacists depending on micro letter public platform contribute to

put pharmacist team together，build professional image and provide pharmaceutical care for the public in the information age.
