摘要:

目的:系统评价人参多糖注射液联合放化疗用于恶性肿瘤的疗效和安全性,以为临床提供循证参考。方法:计算机检索

中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、EMBase、Web of Science,收集人参

多糖注射液联合放化疗(试验组)对比单纯放化疗(对照组)治疗恶性肿瘤的随机对照试验(RCT),对符合纳入标准的研究进行资

料提取,并采用Cochrane 系统评价员手册5.1.0 进行质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3 统计软件进行Meta 分析。结果:共纳入7 项RCT,

合计567 例患者。Meta 分析结果显示,试验组患者有效率[OR=1.99,95%CI(1.27,3.14),P=0.003]、生存质量改善率[OR=2.95,

95%CI(1.75,4.97),P<0.001]均显著高于对照组,白细胞异常率[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.16,0.41),P<0.001]显著低于对照组,差异

均有统计学意义;两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:人参多糖注射液联合放化疗用于恶性肿瘤的疗效和安全性较好。

ABSTRACT:

OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy of Ginseng polysaccharideinjection combined with radiotherapy

or chemotherapy in the treatment of malignancies,and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved

from CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang Database PubMed,EMBase,Web of Science,randomized controlled trials (RCT)

about Ginseng polysaccharideinjection combined with radiotherapy or chemotherapy(test group)versus radiotherapy or chemotherapy

alone(control group)in the treatment of malignancies were collected. Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3 software

after data extract and quality evaluation by Cochrane 5.1.0. RESULTS:Totally 7 RCTs were enrolled,involving 567 patients.

Results of Meta-analysis showed,the effective rate [OR=1.99,95%CI(1.27,3.14),P=0.003] and improvement rate of life quality

[OR=2.95,95%CI(1.75,4.97),P<0.001] in test group were significantly higher than control group,cell abnormal rate [OR=

0.26,95%CI(0.16,0.41),P<0.001] was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant. There were no obvious

adverse reaction in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Ginseng polysaccharideinjection combined with radiotherapy or chemotherapy

is effective in the treatment of malignancies.
