摘要: | 目的:探究黄连-肉桂药对配伍前后药性的变化。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常组、体虚(限食游泳法复制模型)组、体虚+黄连组、体虚+肉桂组、体虚+药对组、体盛(高蛋白饮食法复制模型)组、体盛+黄连组、体盛+肉桂组和体盛+药对组,每组10只。造模成功后,每组小鼠均按20 g(生药)/(kg·d) ig相应药物,正常组ig等体积生理盐水,连续7 d。记录小鼠在高温区的停留比例,检测脏器指数和生化指标钠/钾ATP酶(Na+/K+-ATPase)、钙/镁ATP酶(Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase)、总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及血清中去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺含量等。结果:与正常组比较,体虚组小鼠在高温区停留比例升高,肝脏指数、脾脏指数、肾脏指数及生化指标活性或者含量降低(P<0.05);体盛组小鼠各项指标的变化趋势与体虚组相反,除高温区的停留比例外上述指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与体虚/体盛组比较,体虚/体盛+黄连组小鼠在高温区的停留比例、肝脏指数升高,生化指标的活性或者含量降低(P<0.05);体虚/体盛+肉桂组各指标变化趋势与体虚/体盛+黄连组相反,脾脏指数、肾脏指数升高(P<0.05);体虚/体盛+药对组小鼠在高温区的停留比例增加,各生化指标的活性或者含量降低,其中总抗氧化能力显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:肉桂之“热”不抵黄连之“寒”,黄连-肉桂药对总体表现出寒凉之性。 |
ABSTRACT: | OBJECTIVE: To explore the transform of the medicinal properties of Coptis chinensis-Cinnamomum cassia couplet medicines before and after mixing. METHODS: Mice were randomly divided into normal group, weak constitution (induced by food restriction and swimming) group, weak constitution+C. chinensis group, weak constitution+C. cassia group, weak constitution+couplet medicine group, prosperous constitution (induced by high protein diet) group, prosperous constitution+C. chinensis group, prosperous constitution+C. cassia group and prosperous constitution+couplet medicine group, with 10 mice in each group. After modeling, each group was given relevant medicine intragastrically by 20 g (crude drug)/(kg·d), and normal group was given equivalent volume of normal saline intragastrically for consecutive 7 days. The proportion of rats remained in high-temperature areas was recorded. Organ index, biochemical index (Na+/K+-ATPase, Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), SOD activity, the serum content of noradrenalin and dopamine were detected. RESULTS: Compared with normal group, proportion of mice in high-temperature area increased in weak constitution group, while liver index, spleen index, renal index, biochemical index activity or content decreased (P<0.05); the change of above index in prosperous constitution group were opposite to weak constitution group; above index had statistical significance except for the proportion of mice in high-temperature area (P<0.05). Compared with weak constitution/prosperous constitution group, the proportion of mice remained in high-temperature area and liver index increased in weak constitution/prosperous constitution+C. chinensis group, while biochemical index activity or content decreased (P<0.05); the change of above index in weak constitution/prosperous constitution+C. cassia group were opposite to C. chinensis group, spleen index and renal index increased (P<0.05); the proportion of rats remained in high-temperature area increased in weak constitution/prosperous constitution couplet medicine group, and biochemical index activity or content decreased, among which total antioxidant activity decreased significantly (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The couplet medicine manifests the “cold nature” after C. chinensis and C. cassia equally paired, because “hot nature” degree of C. cassia is lower than “cold nature” of C. chinensis. |
