TITLE:
摘要: 目的:建立测定洛伐他汀分散片中有关物质的方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters XTerra® MS C18,流动相A为0.01%磷酸溶液、流动相B为乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为40 ℃,检测波长为238 nm,进样量为10 μl。结果:各杂质成分与主成分间分离良好;洛伐他汀检测质量浓度线性范围为17.5~700 μg/ml(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<1%;回收率为99.30%~100.67%,RSD=0.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法重复性和耐用性好、准确度高,适用于洛伐他汀分散片的质量控制。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of related substances in Lovastatin tablet. METHODS: HPLC was performed on the column of Waters XTerra® MS C18 with mobile phase A of 0.01% Phosphoric acid solution and B of acetonitrile (gradient elution) at a flow rate 1.0 ml/min, column temperature was 40 ℃,the detection wavelength was 238 nm, and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS: The impurity components were well separated in principal components; the linear range of lovastatin was 17.5-700 μg/ml (r=0.999 9); RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 1%; recovery was 99.30%-100.67%(RSD=0.4%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS: The method is reproducible with good durability and high precision, and can be used for the quality control of Lovastatin tablet.
