摘要: | 目的:对红景天提取物、红景天苷的体外抗氧化作用进行比较研究。方法:以抗氧化剂维生素C(VC)或2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)为对照,对不同质量浓度(0、10、20、30、40、50、60 mg/L)的红景天提取物、红景天苷进行了·OH基清除率、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除率、H2O2清除率、油脂抗氧化及Fe3+还原能力试验,比较提取物与单体活性成分的体外抗氧化效果。结果:红景天苷、红景天提取物对·OH基、H2O2、DPPH自由基均有不同程度的清除作用,且红景天提取物>VC>红景天苷,三者在60 mg/L时对·OH基、H2O2、DPPH自由基的清除率分别为92%、81.33%、79.51%,83.76%、72.69%、57.29%,43.70%、37.30%、28.53%;在油脂抗氧化试验中,作用大小为红景天提取物>BHT>红景天苷;还原能力试验中,相同浓度下,红景天提取物作用大于红景天苷,60 mg/L时,二者的Fe3+还原率分别为43.63%、16.18%。结论:红景天、红景天苷均具有较好的体外抗氧化作用,但红景天提取物的作用优于单体活性成分红景天苷,表明红景天提取物中的其他成分可能发挥其抗氧化的主导效果,而不仅是红景天苷。 |
ABSTRACT: | OBJECTIVE: To study the antioxidant activity of Rhodiola rosea extract and salidroside in vitro. METHODS: The anti-oxidative activity of R. rosea extract (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 mg/L) and salidroside were compared, using strong antioxidant VC or 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) as control, by ·OH radical clearance rate, DPPH free radical scavenging rate, H2O2 clearance rate, oleic acid antioxidant capacity and Fe3+ reduction ability test. RESULTS: R. rosea extract and salidroside could clear up ·OH radical, H2O2 and DPPH free radical to different extents, with the clearance strength order as R. rosea extract>VC>ralidroside; when the concentration of them was 60 mg/L, clearance rates of them to ·OH radical, H2O2 and DPPH free radical were 92%, 81.33% and 79.51%; 83.76%, 72.69% and 57.29%; 43.70%, 37.30% and 28.53%, respectively. In oleic acid antioxidant capacity test, antioxidant capacity was in descending order as R. rosea extract>BHT>salidroside. In Fe3+ reduction ability test, reduction ability of R. rosea extract was better than salidroside under the condition of same concentration; Fe3+ reduction rate of R. rosea extract and salidroside were 43.63% and 16.18% when their concentration reached 60 mg/L. CONCLUSIONS: Both R. rosea and salidroside show good antioxidant activity in vitro, but the antioxidant activity of R. rosea extract is better than that of salidroside, indicating other components of R. rosea extract may play a leading antioxidant effect besides salidroside. |
