摘要: 目的:研究安息香的化学成分。方法:采用薄层层析硅胶柱、RP-18反向硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、半制备高效液相柱对安息香的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从安息香中分离得到 6个香脂酸类化合物,分别鉴定为Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(1)、1-O-methy-guaiacylglycerol(2)、Threo-5-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyphenylpr- opane-8,9-diol(3)、苯甲酸(4)、香草酸(5)、香草醛(6)。结论:化合物1、2、3为首次从安息香中分离得到,该研究为安息香质量评价奠定了一定基础。
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in Styrax tonkinensis. METHODS: The chemical constituents in S. tonkinensis was separated and purified by silica gel, medium pressure RP-18, Sephadex LH-20, semi-preparative HPLC, and the compound structure was analyzed and identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: 6 compounds were separated from B.Styracis, namely Bis (2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (1), 1-O-methy-guaiacylglycerol (2), Threo-5-hydroxy-3, 7-dimethoxyphenylpropane-8, 9-diol (3), Benzoic acid (4), Vanillic acid (5) and Vanillin (6). CONCLUSIONS: Compound 1, 2 and 3 are isolated from S. tonkinensis for the first time, and the study has laid a certain foundation for its quality evaluation.
