目的：探索医院药师服务模式及医院药学学科发展方向。方法：回顾医院药学转型及药师职责转变的历程，介绍我院基

于以临床药学为核心，注重人才培养、技术创新、医药护协作、多学科交融等内容的“大药学”理念的药学学科构成及工作内容、模

式与成果，探索未来医院药学学科的发展方向。结果：我院建立起了合理用药与质量安全体系、药品供应与运营管理体系分支工

作模式，将“兼具管理职能、以合理用药为核心”和“为临床、为患者提供药学专业服务，为医院决策、医疗管理提供药学专业技术支

撑”作为学科发展战略，将临床药学特色专科/重点学科建设、符合国际规范的药物临床试验技术平台建设等列入学科建设项目，

引进品管圈管理等工具，扩展药事监管、药学服务层次，构建精细化、专业化的药师队伍，保障了医院药学的平稳、有序发展。

结论：未来医院药学学科建设需要树立“大药学”理念，注重多学科融合，向规范化、精细化、专业化、现代化发展。

OBJECTIVE：To explore hospital pharmacists service mode and the subject construction of hospital pharmacy. METHODS：

Through reviewing the transformation process of hospital pharmacy and pharmacist’s duty，the present structure，content，

working model and achievements of pharmacy in our hospital were introduced based on“large pharmacy”of taking clinical

pharmacy as core，paying attention to personnel training，technical innovation，physican，pharmacist and nurse cooperation，multiple

discipline integration，etc.；the direction of hospital pharmacy was explored. RESULTS：Many adjustments were made to facilitate

the smooth and orderly development of hospital pharmacy under the new situation，as that establish the rational drug use and

quality safety system，drug supply and operation management system working mode；that the development strategy of pharmacy

was identified as“focusing on the rational drug use，combining the management function”and“providing professional pharmaceutical

care for the clinic and patients，providing professional technical support for the hospital decision and medical management”；

that the construction of clinical pharmacy specialty/key discipline and drug clinical trial technology platform in accordance with the

international standard and so on were lined in the project of pharmacy；that quality control circle was cited，pharmaceutical supervision

and pharmaceutical care were expanded to the public and the fine；that a fine，professional pharmacist team was cultured.

CONCLUSIONS：The construction of future hospital pharmacy needs the concept of“large pharmacy”with multi-disciplinary integration

to develop towards standardization，refinement，specialization and modernization.
