目的：建立测定旋覆花药材中旋覆花素和去乙酰旋覆花素含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Zorbax

SB-C18，流动相为乙腈-水（梯度洗脱），流速为1.0 ml/min，柱温为25 ℃，检测波长为210 nm，进样量为10 μl。结果：旋覆花素和去

乙酰旋覆花素的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为0.000 2～0.005、0.000 1～0.001 7 μg/ml（r＝0.999 8、0.999 4）；精密度、稳定性、重

复性试验的RSD＜2％；加样回收率分别为99.63％～103.56％、95.98％～101.21％，RSD分别为1.26％、1.84％（n＝9）。结论：该方

法操作简便，结果准确、可靠，可用于评价旋覆花药材的质量。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method of simultaneous determination of inulicin and deacetylinulicin in Inulae Flos.

METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of Zorbax SB-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（gradient elution）at a

flow rate of 1.0 ml/min，the column temperature was 25 ℃，the detection wavelength was 210 nm，and the injection volume was

10 μl. RESULTS：The linear range was 0.000 2-0.005 μg/ml（r＝0.999 8）for inulicin and 0.000 1-0.001 7 μg/ml（r＝0.999 4）for

deacetylinulicin；RSDs of precision，stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0％；recoveries were 99.63％-103.56％

（RSD＝1.26％，n＝9）and 95.98％-101.21％（RSD＝1.84％，n＝9），respectively. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple，accurate

and reliable，and can be used for the quality evaluation of Inulae Flos.
